Here is one more patch.
I've updated getAbsoluteAddress such that 'foreign contexts' are ignored
(default is not to ignore).
For example, if we have basePath http://foo
and the endpoint address http://foo/1 then it's always supported, otherwise an
address like http://bar can be ignored given that we've asked for the services
available at http://foo
