This is an extension/improvement to CXF-3853 where RMTxStore's
isTableExistsError() was made overwritable so that a vendor specific
table-exists check can be implemented.
By introducing two configurable properties in RMTxStore, we could provide this
vendor specific table-exists check without sub-classing RMTxStore.
