Confusing error message "No initiator token id" in AssymetricBindingHandler

Hi,
I find error message "No initiator token id" in AssymetricBindingHandler a
little bit confusing, because:
1) Token itself is not found, not id
2) Token can also be expired
By me it is happens quite often when I hold Debugger more than SAML validity
period.
Proposal: change message to "Security token is not found or expired"
Patch is attached.
