Another note: I've been debugging DOSGi and CXF, and I noticed that this
problem comes up because CXF doesn't know that multiple CXF servlets are
created.
At some point during the second service registration, I stop at
org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPTransportFactory.getDestination(...) and it
will return an existing Destination to which the first service is bound.
