cxf:list-endpoints karaf command should also have a busid column

The cxf:start-endpoint and cxf:stop-endpoint commands take a bus name and an
endpoint name as arguments. But when you list the endpoints using
cxf:list-endpoints, the listing only gives the endpoint name. So, you kind of
have to guess the bus name when invoking cxf:start-endpoint or
cxf:stop-endpoint. It would be easier if the cxf:list-endpoints command also
had a column to show the bus name
