The STS client can be configured using EPR provided into
{http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-securitypolicy/200702}Issuer element in an
endpoint policy.
Currently, EPR Address is only parsed, then WS-MEX is used to try getting the
STS wsdl contract and configure the client.
Regardless of the WS-MEX support (the EPR might not come with
{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/mex}MetadataSection), we should complete
the EPR parsing to be able to read the whole EPR info that can be provided.
