We currently use some of the "raw" async context objects from Jetty to
implement the jetty based continuations. However, when running in a "real"
jetty server, the default classloader hides those. We should use the
documented ContinuationSupport.getContinuation methods to set that up. That
will allow use of the continuations when run in a war inside jetty 7.x.
