Due to issue DOSGI-66 the Activator of DSW was made to be Spring based. My
problem is that I wanted to use only the JAX-RS feature that does not need
spring in an OSGI container. Because of the change in the mentioned issue
Spring becomes a hard wired dependency of DSW.
