Description:
Currently, when the connection to the database becomes invalid, the
corresponding RMManager needs to be restarted to refresh the connection (i.e.,
to get a new valid connection).
RMTxStore should offer an automatic reconnect option to get a valid connection
when the previous connection was created by RMTxStore itself.
