currently org.apache.cxf.attachment.AttachmentDataSource.getName() always
return null.
For some MTOM usecase, there's a Content-Disposition attachment header like
Content-Disposition: attachment; name="input.jpg"
cxf AttachmentDeserializer should be able to read and setName accordingly for
AttachmentDataSource if MTOM payload have Content-Disposition name, that's very
convenient for users to get an attachment file name on server side if it's
available in the message.
