Currently we include the opensaml bundle in the distros which is quite big.
It only seems to be needed for the ws addressing intent.
So I propose to remove this intent from the defaults. People can still install
it as a custom intent if they need it.
Another issue is the karaf feature file. We depend on the cxf feature which is
pretty big. There I propose to use the smaller features we really need instead.
