The stax outTransform feature may fail to remove the default namespace from an
element.
For example, if you have an input message:
<greetMe xmlns="http://cxf.apache.org/hello_world_soap_http/types2";>
<requestType>Tanya</requestType>
</greetMe>
and when you set outTransformElements with entry
<entry key="{http://cxf.apache.org/hello_world_soap_http/types2}requestType";
value="requestType">
The outTranform feature fails to remove the namespace from requestType.
The correct behavior would be to produce the output message:
<greetMe xmlns="http://cxf.apache.org/hello_world_soap_http/types2";>
<requestType xmlns="">Tanya</requestType>
</greetMe>
