The Fediz plugins for Tomcat/Jetty are integrated on the Container level to
support J2EE security.
Spring Security is primarily part of the application deployment unit (war/ear)
and supports extension points to integrate a custom authenticator.
This feature supports SSO based on WS-Federation for containers where there is
no native Fediz plugin available.
New example and plugin added for spring security.
