I've definitely validated it by adding ws-discovery dependencies to a war,
reproducing NPE, and then updating to the patched CXF 2.7.3-SNAPSHOT and seeing
the application starting OK.
Do you actually use WS-Discovery ? Can you please share some sample web app or
Maven based test project ?
