Our current STS impl does not seem to implement the renew operation.
I talked to Colm and there seems to be a property to disable renew on the
client side.
In this issue I am more concerned about the error message "Implementation for
this operation not found". As there is no sign that a renew is tried the
message is too vague.
I propose to change this message to "Implementation for the operation renew not
found" or similar. This would directly hint the developer that the sts client
tried a renew and failed.
