The default cache value of timeToLiveSeconds specified in the ehcache
configuration file - cxf-ehcache.xml is overriden by a hard-coded value of ttl
in EHCacheReplayCache.java. The ttl value is set to 3600 and the value in
ehcache configuration file is ignored.
