Hi Paul - let me tentatively resolve this issue for 2.7.5 as my tests confirm
that WAE gets thrown from proxies if no mappers for a given HTTP error have
been found; please reopen if it still does not work for you, with some sample
code showing the method signature and what response exception mappers are used
to map HTTP errors; thanks
