The o.a.c.d.discovery.zookeeper package contains two distinct and independent
sets of classes: Those responsible for publishing local endpoints to ZooKeeper,
and those responsible for listening for endpoints that are remotely published
to ZooKeeper. These should be grouped into two corresponding subpackages to
better convey the code structure and function.
