This patch offers a new version of IDP webflow supporting delegated
authentication.
It is based on the background code and configuration provided by O.Wulff in
previous patch.
Therefore it supersedes services/idp part 'patch.txt' provided by Oli.
Of course, it requires STS Maven build with profile 'realms' (clean install
-Prealms) to generate the correct configuration for the common STS instances
corresponding to resource IDP and requestor IDP.
