By the way, I'm looking at AbstractGrantHandler again and I think I'm going to
deprecate its "checkIfGrantSupported(Client client)" because this is what
AccessTokenService should do, make sure the current grant type is actually
supported by a given Client, as opposed to GrantHandlers worrying about it.
