we have a custom WriterInterceptor which adds headers via
WriterInterceptorContext and now directly via HttpServletResponse and the
client gets those headers.
Are you sure it does not work in CXF 2.7.6 ? If yes - please try CXF
2.7.7-SNAPSHOT in a day or so. If it still does not work - please create a
reproducible Maven-based test, or attach a simple war built against CXF 2.7.6
to this JIRA (without CXF libs if possible). Without being able to reproduce
