cxf-wsn doesn't register its bus as a service. This could be a problem if
someone would like to add a feature to this bus as OSGIBusListener only add
features to bus that are registered as a OSGi-Service.
A patch based on the current trunk for this issue is attached (Apache License,
Version 2.0).
