I will update cxf 2.7.x to use only joda time 2.1. This includes:
- increase the import range for rt-security to include joda time 2.x
- update to opensaml 2.5.3_3 which also allows joda time 2.x
- change cxf features to only load joda time 2.1
For CXF 3:
- update opensaml to 2.6.0_2 which allows joda time 2.x
- update feature to only use joda time 2.x
