Murat commented on CXF-2223:
----------------------------
I think this issue isn't really resolved because I‘m trying to use the cxf
proxy authentication. Hereby I’ve the following
problem: The proxy authentication over HTTP works fine, but the proxy
authentication over HTTPS doesn’t work.
I already described my problem here:
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/cxf-users/201310.mbox/%3CCAPHrdg7-nH0p%3D3mHn_gk0O9Fe%3DZxDq7SSnUv%3DTAX_qOcipFiXA%40mail.gmail.com%3E

> We are facing the very same issue as the one described at the following URL:
> http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg06422.html
> Https transport appears not to send proxy-authorization within the CONNECT
> operation as it should.
> Olivier Billard's workaround works just fine but requires java programming,
> and makes it impossible to configure proxy related properties in a simple
> manner.
