This made me think there was some redundancy there after all, so I removed
them, made Abstract In/Out interceptors ready to use in cases where a service
object can be injected, so think will cover a common WS/RS case.
JAX-RS in/out interceptors introduce minor specializations, and they can be
used without Spring, JAX-WS might offer JAX-WS specializations too, but
generally speaking IMHO we are mostly done here, pending some more remaining
work
