Looks like so, the fix is on the branch:

FYI, Freeman fixed 2.7.x to have an optional dependency on Swagger and this
dependency have been completely moved out of the rt/frontend/jaxrs to another
module (rt/rs/description) on the trunk.
You may want to manually rebuild 2.7.x ('mvn intstall -Pfastinstall' will do it
for you)
