So I wonder, should @Bean annotation be used instead then, which is what is 
used in the code contributed to the JAX-RS frontend ? There we use no Filter 
(whose purpose is obvious) and it still works, and if we do then we can achieve 
the optimization, i.e, the ApplicationContext will only list the matched beans ?
