Description: If we have a jsr 311 dependency only then whenever CXF throws
new exception classes such as InternalServerErrorException, etc or when JVM
enters the non-exceptional code and eagerly resolves static references to new
exception classes then we have a problem
Summary: CXF JAX-RS 2.0 is not backward compatible with JAX-RS 1.1 on
the exception path (was: CXF JAX-RS is not backward compatible with JAX-RS 1.1
on the exception path)
