Hi Andriy, thanks for your commits, IMHO it is a nice start.

Lets try to investigate what can be done to make CxfCdiServlet portable...May 
be we should introduce RS & WS modules like integration/cdi/rs and 
integration/cdi/ws after all; I know I suggested the single module, but I have 
a bit of a doubt right now :-) 
+1 to systest/cdi, I guess we can have RS & WS integration tested there...
