Hi Christian
(My apologies to answering Sergey's question) but there are no particular
reasons why we cannot do that. In theory (and I am sure in practice as well) we
can invert the dependency and create the bus inside the extension and do
exactly what all the other servlets do: ask container for a bus and create if
none.
