Description:
Starting with 2.7.11, the wsdl cannot be parsed by clients, because the
imported schema only shows the filename of the included subschema.
The setup is like this:
{code:title="wsdl-file"}
<wsdl:definitions xmlns:wsdl="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/"; ...>
<wsdl:types>
<schema xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";>
<import namespace="any"> schemaLocation="xsd/level1.xsd"/>
</schema>
</wsdl:types>
...
</wsdl:definitions>

{code:title="level1.xsd"}
<xsd:schema xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";...>

In the resulting wsdl 'level1.xsd' is correctly linked, but when retrieving the
"level1.xsd' the reference to 'level2.xsd' only shows the file name instead of
an URL.
