It seems that the current implementation is geared towards Spring-based
configuration, but using {{@EndpointProperties}} to configure a custom
{{ValidationEventHandler}} is difficult. Perhaps allowing this to be done with
a string representing the fully qualified class name of a
{{ValidationEventHandler}} in the TCCL and/or CXF classpath would be acceptable.
