The fix for CXF-5242 introduced changes in how replyToDestination is being
handled. In my projects, this change results in the JMSReplyTo header being set
to targetDestination instead of replyToDestination (the rtd == null check seems
to prevent the destination from being overridden as expected).
Note that I am working with queues, not topics.
