"useJaxbContextForQnames"="true" is a default and "ignoreMessageWriters" is not
needed when the plugin runs.
"applicationTitle", "namespacePrefix" and "addResourceAndMethodIds" properties
are supported as is. In 3.0.1 "linkJsonToXmlSchema" has been deprecated so the
plugin supports a new "linkAnyMediaTypeToXmlSchema".
