Summary: add completers for cxf karaf shell commands

like other karaf shell commands, the "tab" can auto-list the available
candidate for a given command. For example when we use cxf:stop-endpoint or
cxf:start-endpoint, we needn't key in the full bus and endpoint name, the
completers can help us to do so
