Summary: support to specify instance.id of ManagedBus

currently the instance.id is the bus object hashcode, it would change when
restart the bus, especially when the cxf bus is in some container, it would be
nice if we can specify an instance.id which wouldn't change over re-starting,
so that it's more convenient for management.
