    Description: LuceneQueryVisitor should have optional support for analyzer. 
If it is injected, the query should be constructed with regards to the 
analyzer. As part of the fix it makes sense to update current Lucene version 
used by Apache CXF from 4.0 to 4.9. which allows to use QueryBuilder (and 
potentially other new features) to simplify LuceneQueryVisitor query 
construction logic.  (was: LuceneQueryVisitor should have optional support for
