jaxb 2.2.11 is in maven central repo weeks ago, it has some fixes related to
[1] & [2] which is good to have in CXF also, so we better upgrade jaxb to this
version.
I also noticed that we still use jaxb version 2.2.1.1_2 in cxf karaf
features.xml, which is quite old, we need also upgrade to latest version when
Servicemix wrapped jaxb 2.2.11 bundle get released
