In order to support some flexibility over how the XML is loaded, would be good
to be able to have an extension point in the
org.apache.cxf.jaxb.io.DataReaderImpl to be able to create a
StreamReaderDelegate that has access to the Unmarshaller and
UnmarshallerContext.
