Thanks for the patch, I've applied it with minor modifications, specifically I
updated the parser for this annotation to work with the basePackages property
too and also added checks for Path and Provider annotations.
I think it is a useful enhancement - let me know if you have any concerns about
the way the patch was applied.
Narrowly missed a 3.0.3 release build though so it will be available in 3.0.4
