I am still fighting with it ;) Now I have a problem with request-scoped
annotation. Whenever I annotate my JAX-RS resource using @RequestScoped I am
getting:

Exception in thread "main" org.jboss.weld.context.ContextNotActiveException:
WELD-001303: No active contexts for scope type
javax.enterprise.context.RequestScoped

Maybe you have some idea, how can I fix it? Maybe it is a issue related with
pax-cdi-web-weld ... maybe I have to initialize context manually, I am new in
CDI so any suggestions are welcome.
