This task is to upgrade CXF trunk to use OpenSAML 3.0.x. WSS4J 2.1.0 will
switch to use OpenSAML 3.0.x. However, I'm attaching the patch for CXF to this
JIRA as it's unclear at this point whether WSS4J 2.1.0 will be released in time
for CXF 3.1.0.
