Currently, the WebSocket based tests in systests/jaxrs are executed either with
or without atmosphere depending on the availability of atmosphere during the
runtime, which is controled by the build profile. By default, this profile is
not active.
To be able to test both cases during a normal test run, we are adding adding
atmosphere dependency and adding a system property to disable atmosphere.
