The logic in the {{validateSignature}} method in
{{org.apache.cxf.rs.security.oauth2.grants.jwt.AbstractJwtHandler}} is reversed
- the method throws an OAuthServiceException when the signature is valid and
doesn't throw an exception when the signature is not valid.
