when using jaxrs 2 client api it is quite common to desire to configure
timeouts (receive, connect). To do it today you need to unwrap the Client to
get its config then the http conduit. Would be great to be able to do it - or
have a client specific config - through properties of the client/client builder
to try to not force user of the standard API to import CXF.
