Currently, we can only select one protocol to use for the Jetty TLS Server. 
This is inconvenient if you wish to support others, e.g. SSLv2Hello support for 
older clients, etc. A new "IncludeProtocols" section will be available in the 
configuration, mirroring the existing "ExcludeProtocols".
