Why Apache-cxf wsdl validator returns error:
"WSDLValidator Error : A document-literal binding in a DESCRIPTION MUST refer,
in each of its soapbind:body element(s),only to wsdl:part element(s) that have
been defined using the element attribute."
validating following document
