We have CXFServlet - Spring-aware, CXFBlueprintServlet - Blueprint-aware,
CXFCDIServlet - CDI aware.
It would be good if it were possible to use CXFServlet only and use context
parameters that will be used by CXFServlet to proceed with the framework
specific context initialization
