the current {{Swagger2Feature}} can be enhanced in order to:
* dynamically set the {{basePath}} property
* assign tags to REST endpoints (used by Swagger UI to visually group
endpoints) - a tag for each {{@Path}} annotated class
* enrich endpoint description with content from Javadocs - similarly to WADL
