Currently the OIDC only supports a static list of preconfigured homeRealms.
Since the IDP provides a REST Interface to list all registered trusted 3rd
partys, it would be beneficial to take advantage of that.
The Fediz IDP should provide a default User & Role to only list trusted 3rd
parties and its own realm information.
The OIDC should use this user to request realm information during runtime.
